Support the Future of Aging in Austin
AustinUP is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that was formed as a result of the Mayor’s Task Force on Aging – based on the fact that the Austin area has the nation’s fastest-growing population of people between 55 and 64, and the second fastest-growing population of people 65 and over. Working with local and regional business and civic leaders, non-profit service organizations, boomers, seniors and caregivers, AustinUP is a multi-generational, collaborative effort transforming Austin into an age-progressive, age-innovative community. We need YOUR help!
Donations are encouraged, welcome – and tax-deductible! Whether you join AustinUP as a leadership, foundation or business supporter or as an individual making a one-time donation, your financial contribution will help us move our work forward. You may contribute via PayPal, credit card or by check. For more information, contact AustinUP Executive Director Teresa Sansone Ferguson at firstname.lastname@example.org or 512-963-3191.
When AustinUP hosts events and focus groups in the community, we rely on volunteers of all ages and interests to help organize and facilitate. Please join our mailing list to learn about AustinUP’s volunteer opportunities.
Participate in Research
AustinUP supports aging innovation! One way we do this is by tracking news and information pertaining to research projects currently being conducted by local universities and other groups. Often, those leading these research projects contact AustinUP when they need participants or particular insight. Please join our mailing list to learn about opportunities related to research projects.
